About Payouts : You also agree that Go India will not be responsible for any low payouts which result because of your Online Ad Posting Job Work. You also agree to accept the payout as and when declared. Member will not be entitled to present any claim against Go India.

About Indemnification : You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Go India, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.
